Good morning everyone, good morning my beatiful baby,MISS H being able to care for our parents should be looked on as an honor not a burden as many young folks do today..., its some things that we earn our stars with and from hearing about that great breakfast I would say they Yours WELL TAKEN CARE OF SMILE..YOU KNOW ITS SOME THESES YOUNG FOLKS DON'T DO IS HONOR there folks both in death and life..It bothered me so bad that I couldn't get all the way up to the cementary last year..My family is shrinking so I am not going to have a grave for them to worry about getting to and taking care of,My phy is honor me while I am living,love, make my life happy and compleate me and let the future worry about its self..I am having eggs bacon toast jam and coffee this morning, y'all behave yourselfs I check in later..B

Lunch special today - Chicken Alfredo Florentine Chicken, Chopped Tomatoes and Spinach over Noodles in an Alfredo Sauce. Fresh grated Parmesan Cheese on top. Roasted Garlic studded Italian Bread and a saucer of olive oil with fresh grated herbs.

Fluffy I think I"LL fix a steak and steak frys today, its been months since I hought about a steak but I have some in the freezer so thats what ol'bounty is having today, with many diet 7ups, it humid as all get out today and on our morning walk I was sweating like I was working in a cornfield, OL" Sam wanted to chase squirrels but I wasn't up for that this morning ..yes ol' Bounty used to hoe corn during summer breaks for dollar an hour, big money in the pocket for a young man back then, we all used to line up at pay day talking about how we were going to spend it and after I put half in the bank I was a big man in town lol..Y'all have fun but take it easy in this humidity, we need rain..lots of it...My babys flowers are a sight to see, a car full of ladys out for a sunday drive stopped to take pics of them, The sunflowers,the smaller type all colors and standing tall putting on a fall show,I am going to let then go the seed for the birds, they are in them all winter long and the coons have been raiding our grape arbor again this year,.I have given away many, lots of folks have made jelly and jams from our grapes this year.. Off for a shower, making some phone calls and resting for the day, my ankle is killing me but I am laying off the pain pills as I have promised to do,,see y'all in a bit..
