Scrambled eggs and breakfast meat of your choosing - may i suggest Canadian bacon.
Wheat or whole grain toast, butter and jam.
Coffee, tea, milk, and juice.

i'm off for campus.  (study first and then class)

Yeah it is and muggy as hell too, when I left the house at 6 am this morning you could probally wring sweat out of your clothes..To the west IN KY there are toradado warnings headed this way till 5 this evening...Yo the office and working on  serveral building contracts.......

Afternoon everyone, sitting here with my sinus all stopped up and trying to stay cool.I got my Father days cards in the mail today from my daughters and of course my grandson Jeff always sends me a separate one as well..Hes starting the 9th grad this fall and all ready has college scouts watching him pitch, he said that he was taking drivers ed this summer, since he will need 50 hours to get his drivers license when the time come,so hes getting it out of the way, smart boy lol..Where does the time go, it seems like only yesterday I bought him his very first Easter basket..While we love ours kids no doubt about that, the grand children are where its at...Blows my nose and takes a hit off my inhaler..Y'all behave your selfs now esp the one playing detective today smile..B
