Sometimes the old ways were good.  Just as it is good to hang laundry on a line to dry.  Walking is good. Riding a bicycle is good.

Disclaimer...not everybody has the space to hang laundry, so don't jump all over me about that.

The old ways are good fluffy,WE are finding our selfs headed that way more every day..It won't be long before there will be no washers or dryers cars or planes..get your horses, guns ammo and survival skills sharp my friends..B

I hear you fluffy, we usually make those reenactment every year but I didn't get home until supper time tonight..She came to pick me up at the APand a roast in the crock pot and a corn bread was ready in 30 minutes, a great supper for such a cold night.WE have the electric heat on tonight as its down right chilly so I guess we shall huddle in the play pen and keep each other warm smile..

fluffypet61 -> RE: BOUNTY'S coffee shop (5/17/2009 6:54:24 PM)

this girl is looking for a place to buy a Tortilla Press.  Has anyone seen one in a store, or do i have to order one off the internet?

snappykappy -> RE: BOUNTY'S coffee shop (5/17/2009 6:55:58 PM)

fluffypet61 -> RE: BOUNTY'S coffee shop (5/17/2009 8:13:21 PM)

SnappyKappy i appreciate the weblink.  Since they are fairly heavy around 8 pounds i was hoping to find one in a local store.  Then i wouldn't have to pay a lot in shipping charges.

If you have a large hispanic community in your area look for a store, local to them, that carries items they would be interested in. Another place to look would be at an import market. Third option would be to advertise for one on Craigslist. Just some thoughts.

fluffypet61 -> RE: BOUNTY'S coffee shop (5/17/2009 10:03:48 PM)

Igor, i thought i might ask at the Mexican restaurant where i eat sometimes.  The hispanic community here is quite small.
Thanks for mentioning Craig's list.  i'll try FreeCycle, too.
