Hello everyone, a busy day here at the CC, hauling hay,I hope this is the last load of the season as the pastures are lush and green.Just have to worm the horses before we turn them out ,that way prevents them from picking up worms for the fresh lush grass..Ol' blue is tore down waiting on ups to bring me a new radiator. plenty of vechs to drive but me and ol' blue are an item and have been so for many a years...Every time i thing about a new one I look back at the service I have gotten out of this old ford an 84 f150,I will retire him to farm use before too long,I am thinking about a new f250 its just the payments as I am debt free but realize I can't stay this way as I like to keep a good cash investment in the bank...I had a late lunch of a tuna sub, a big diet mountain dew and a small bowl of ice cream for lunch at the office of course...Baby always walks accross the yard to deliver it too me, she some times makes a snark remark the 200 feet isn't too far for me to walk but I different on this subject smile..Y'ALL behave your selfs now...

Supper idea - (focusing on foods that have fresh veggies and lean protein without flour, corn, rice or beans) Grilled chicken breast with grape tomato-mint salsa. Salmon Fillet baked in orange juice with dill, parsley, garlic. Slices of lemon arranged on top. Both served with a side of warm Moroccan Carrot Salad (cooked carrots, thin sliced onions, cumin and red pepper flakes) For dessert - coconut macroons.
