I'd tend to agree with earthycouple, you should talk to a doctor.
The agent in question, dutasteride, is (as others have pointed out) present in urine, although at 1% of the original concentration. It is, however, a 5-α-reductase inhibitor, and I did not see any information as to whether the enzyme is inhibited irreversibly or not, so its effect could very well be accumulative.
If you absolutely insist on not seeing a doctor, ask a pharmacist. Barring that ... let's see, the wind blows in an eastward direction ... should be okay to do it once, and don't get pregnant for a looong time unless you'd really like a physically intersexed child who is mentally cisgendered and will have a modified gender transition during puberty (sounds like a job for a whole hospital).
Did I mention that whole doctor thing? And me not being one? ;-)
Note also that the problem isn't limited to swallowing, either. This drug is absorbed through the skin, and that pretty much guarantees that it will be absorbed quickly through the mucous membranes, including those in the mouth.
There's almost certainly a safe way to do this, but you need to talk to the doctor or a pharmacist to find out what that way is. For that matter, you can call a poison/drug hotline anonymously and say "hey, don't ask, but I've been drinking my hubby's pee for like a year now, and I just recently heard that a drug he's taking, called Avodart, may be absorbed that way; is that the case and, if so, how will this affect me?" ... they've heard it before.
I'd offer to ask my own doc, but he doesn't have your medical files, and is in a different country altogether, so it really wouldn't do any good beyond what I've already said.

Having seen the work involved in taking someone from where you describe to the point where they can do this, and having done it myself so as to know what I'm asking them to, I can only hope your Master will appreciate the gravity of this gesture.
