Enema saline is not for saline injections....and saline injections are not given Intravenously. You really need sterile saline which can be purchased at pharmacies and saline injections are given subcutaneously...meaning under the skin...i.e. scrotum

For god's sake, don't use "enema solution" or ANYTHING that isn't labelled 0.9% Sterile Saline solution. GOT THAT?   0.9% Sterile Saline. Sheeeeesh. How hard can that be? There are probably 4000 suppliers on the Web, and unless you live in bumfuckville, 40 within a short drive of you. If you pay more than $3.00/500 ml you are getting ripped. If only I had read your post before doing mine....you are a smart guy, Emperor!

The saline is absorbed by the body.

I have a friend who has done saline injections upon several occassions. She is fully trained on the procedure and had a person there who is a medical professional as backup.

I would suggest before anyone attempts this procedure to do more then looking on message board forums for how to and advice. Best bet is to go to a hands on seminar, given by someone who is qualified to make you fully aware of all risks factors involved.

Thanks all for the good advice and all taken onboard-particularly about being snappy. My bad. I was particularly asked aboutinjecting the labia,breasts andbuttocks.

My advice would be, to have the technique shown you, in real life, by a experienced person. Also to discuss likely events. Good and bad. Safety precautions. That coupled with some reading up on anatomy and physiology, so you know what veins to miss, and where they are. Also, where the majoy nerves are and how to avoid them. What to do if you hit one of these accidently.

I was taught all of this before i got to stick needles into somebody. Seems sensible to me. I dont consider any of what i was taught superfluous to need.
A forum, is NOT the educational tool you wish it could be. It can help, but not replace professional advice from an experienced practitioner.

Sir will be providing me with a injection tonight. Happens that i must have shots each week. Today, he gives me the first one. We thought we'd have a bit of fun with a otherwise, unpleasant part of treatment. I have ensured that he has the necessary knowledge to do so safely. Im the one with the knowledge, being asked for and accepted by her Sir. My safety superceedes any D/s dynamic.

the info is out there, there are many people in this lifestyle willing to help us newbies get started in realising their fantasy's.

Might I remind you that people are also allergic to some strange things that most people are not allergic to, and they may not know it, are you prepared for the consequences of what you inject?

I am not talking general needle play where nothing in injected obviously but thought it a mention anyway but you mentioned injecting saline I know its just a salt solution but I have come across some people that are allergic to some weird stuff that is in every day stuff, and have ended up in hospital.

I am an RN with 25 years of experience. The saline in an enema kit is a hypersaline solution- very bad to inject in the body. I was not giving specific instruction about how to do it-only a fool would take the few sentences I wrote and apply it in real life without someone else with experience there to either demonstrate or assist. The saline is absorbed by the body in about 3 days depending on the amount and the person involved's ability to absorb it. If you want big balls, do it on Friday night so you have a chance of being normal come Monday- at least, normal enough to fit into your work clothes.
I was trying to point out that in general, it is essential to avoid solid body parts, like testicles, when doing this type of thing. And yes, as a technique, it is easy to learn- but make sure that the person who teaches you has experience.

As to being allergic to normal saline- it is what our blood saline levels are supposed to be, and it is used across the board for IV's. The important thing abou tdoing this is to make sure that you have STERILE supplies and STERILE IV fluids.

Hygiene when it comes to injections is good advice, personally if it comes to drugs or saline either way it’s a bad thing to inject anything in your body if not for a medical reason, and would make me wonder if they would consider other things to inject.

But as far as allergic reactions go I have a couple of friends that nearly died years ago one from just drinking a can of drink, it was tested nothing in there that should not be, and found she was allergic to one of the chemicals in there which was normally
Un-reactive in most of the population, this is the point I was trying to make.

What if someone asked you to inject saline or something else which we looked on as just as harmless? Personally I would not like that responsibility, if something went wrong I would never forgive myself, peace of mind is a great thing.

Anyway just my thoughts, hope this finds everyone happy and well.

If it's a bloody mess, something isn't being done right. I've had it done many times and the only "mess" we really had was when IV fluid leaked out of the hole from the needles....
