Thanks everybody. I am not notified I get responses though click on that I want to. If dont answer its because I forget to check to see if is any. I will check out muffler gags, never heard of it before. For the panties can do the same thing or use a sock. The gag reflex used to be so bad needed a med for it for several months. Will also check out the pony bit. At one time the tv being loud was enough but with pain level up it hasnt been anymore. No choice but for us to meet at a hotel. Am sure the staff has an idea.  I think its been a guest who has knocked at the door.

Something else you can do to prevent sound from screams with an ace bandage is to wrap it around from chin to the top of your head...   You will look sort of like you are being treated for mumps, but it will help keep you quiet.

I had a sadist use a nerf ball, ace bandage, and music playing just a bit on the loud side.  Though I have trouble with gags that hold my mouth open - seems to clog the back of my throat - the flexibility of the nerf ball lets it expand and contract to muffle all the available space.  Did not cause me a problem and the foam is a very effective muffler.

Also, see if you can get a corner room.

i was once trained to breath out deeply on my Mistress' backswing, then hold until the strike, breathing in on the strike.  Screaming on an inhale isn't nearly as loud, and it gives a second to think about screaming on the exhale.  Anyone else tried this?

I am always biting a pillow or shoving my face in a mattress..and not just for pain, Im rather vocal most of the time anyway...and we use hotels quite a bit also. Only twice has someone knocked on the door, but it was never a major issue...background noise is great, and try and ask for an out of the way room.

the foot of a stocking filled with cotton works really well as a muffling gag as well as will absorb the drool.
