Hypnosis isn't actually necissary for 'orgasm on command.'
Humans, like Pavlov's dogs, can be conditioned to have reactions to certain stimuli, like words.

The most common way I've heard of doing it is to say a certain word or give the stimuli right before the person orgasms. And then over the course of a long period of time give the command closer and closer to the time of orgasm until they are at the same time. Usually by then this stimuli would be associated with orgasm and could be used for 'orgasm on command.'

LT - I guess that would require adding some sort of sleeve running down one of the pant legs. It would also create a need for pants coming left or right handed, based upon preference.

That's a technique that has worked well for me...
