quote:
ORIGINAL: minnetar What terrific advice i should bookmark this lol but i mean it sincerely. Thank you minnetar. I can write a mean complaint, from experience. I've also been on the other side, and received complaints. They key is not to be confrontational, and to extend them good will. At first, at least. Threats are an absolute killer, if you don't do it just right. It makes people want to do just the opposite from what you are asking. And, never, ever threaten anything that you do not fully plan to do, if the issue isn't resolved. In other words, never threaten, just let them know what you will do next, if there isn't a satisfactory resolution. Show that you are a reasonable person, and you've no doubt that it can all be resolved in a friendly manner. FirmKY
