Hello everyone, my girlfriend and I are new to the site, and I guess you can say pretty new to the lifestyle as well. I will say we have dabbled in it, but we are looking to delve somewhat deeper into this, at our pace! We are hoping some of the more experienced members can point us to where we can learn more about the whole lifestyle. We are looking to make a slow transition into this, so we need pointers on let’s say the vernacular, what some of the acronyms mean, how to play safely etc.? How to start specific types of play for example knife, pressurepoint and anything else that comes to mind. We are just looking for some starting off pointers, and maybe some instruction. I know this might all sound a bit corny for some, but we all had to start somewhere, so if there is anyone out there that can help out, it will be highly appreciated thank you!

If you have one close by, look into your local community, go to munches, and other events and meet people, talk, and observe. I looked at your profile and it said that you are experienced in the lifestyle, was that a typo? Good Luck!

Hello and thank you for your reply, yes it was a typo, it's been fixed....and what are munches, and how can I find local ones....thanks again!!!

welcome. time and honest asking from those that know, time spent on the boards and reading others solutions and suggestions, posting and listening and trying and sometimes failing are some of the ways to learn. read the womens views and discussions, 90% of the womens posts are honest and fair, 90% of the mens posts may not be!! time, mostly, and discussion. stay off the chat rooms for now, they are for time wasting, not learning!! good luck.
