The word 'believe' is somewhat strange in your question. In my opinion, it is normal that in a Femdom-relationship it are the superior needs of the Mistress that matter. All Her needs, but of course also Her sexual needs and desires. So it is not a question of 'belief' but simply of what She wants. In what i read many Women come to the conclusion that men easily loose the focus on the sexual desires on their Mistress once they enter their penises in the body of the Mistress. (e.g. this article) So many Mistresses teach their slaves how to serve the sexual desires of the Mistress in another way. And at the same time, many Mistresses understand that to control a man you have to control his penis. So therefore this Mistresses keep their slaves in chastity as a way to keep the slaves focused on the needs of the Mistress. (i wrote about chastity on my blog) So, for me the question is not if there are Mistresses who 'believe'... for me They simply have a right to do with the penises of their submissives what they like .
