I'm sorry to do this, but I saw that there were some other 'technical' questions posted in here and they received a few intelligent answers sometimes:
How does one log into the message boards for the first time? I cannot remember how I linked my collarme.com profile to here and my owner can't get it to work. He tries logging in and it tells him his password is incorrect and then it sends him the username and password he's trying to log in with when he clicks the 'forgot password' link on the message boards.
If he tries to 'sign up for free' using the red link on the top left hand side of the main page of the message boards, it takes him back to collarme.com and says his username is already taken.
He can log into to collarme.com just fine.
I'm hoping someone else might have run into this issue and knows something we're both missing.
