Since this thread was last mentioned, we've learned of the destruction of 18 1/2 minutes of tape...
I'm sorry, I forgot it's 2007. The destruction of 5 Million Email Messages potentially containing records of the conduct of the Official Business of the United States......
And now today... The RNC isn't going to comply with the Congressional Request for the emails, but is going to turn them instead over to the White House to vett for potential... Get This!... "potential executive privilege".

You send email on the internet using PUBLIC email servers, it ain't privileged.
And if you ARE sending Secret, Confidential or Privileged information over UNENCRYPTED, PUBLIC EMAIL SERVERS, then you got some Treason to deal with, eh?
