depends on what part of the states you're in, as ASL has dialect just like anything else. but in the northeast, bitch is done by keeping all your fingers pressed together, palm faced out, touching your index finger against the side of your chin and then out again. bastard is the same thing but you do it at your forehead in line with your eye, give or take.
edited to add: incase it comes in handy, the general sign for a-okay, a circle with your index and thumb and the rest of your fingers are straight up.. that's the sign for asshole.

p.s. half of my job is to be verbally abusive to them. Now I have ways of pissing off hearing impaired. If you dont want to post a bunch of them, I would love an email of sign language insults I can use professionally.
