Status: offline 		Just wanted to share a good movie with you. Master and i saw "The Number 23" this past weekend. It has some great bondage and knife/rape play scenes. Very hot

Status: offline 		It's not really horror based, more a physchological thriller. Yes it has Jim Carrey and it is a very new look for him. The scenes are erotic in nature.

Very few scenes in movies are.  De sades writings were hardly about consensual play... nor O... nor the Pet.  In fact there are very few films that do include such.

Status: offline 		Jim Carrey, I personally think, is a pretty good actor... Man on the Moon was a favorite of mine... and also The Majestic/The Truman Show. Those movies weren't slapstick comedies... yet they were good. I prefer him in more dramatic roles... but hey, that's just me!

Status: offline 		Carrey was exploring much in his early carear on the Wayman show being the only commedian there that follwed the Jonathan Winters's school of improv.

Robin Williams also a member of this class did also explore more in depth means of character expression from within.

Comedy is a form of self defense as those would not prefer to be crying or yelling instead of laughing.

Now Carrey is allowing himself to be tje Johhny Depp of roles as the genius and tortured artist is allowed to be expressed.

To actually be disciplined in not ad libbing was a great challenge for Robin Williams.

His diversity of roles from comic book The Mask to Grinch to the darkness of Cable Man to Unfortunate Events is just the tip of the iceburg for this creative genius.

I would love to sit at a table with Carrey, Williams, Dustin Hoffman and just watch.

Status: offline 		To be fair to Carrey, he almost pulled off the 'scary straight man' role in The Cable Guy, but then after an hour of pretty much convincing me that he had another facet to his acting, much as Robin Williams has, he ruined in all by returning to form in a ten minute 'comedy' scene.

Shame, really, as The Cable Guy had so much promise but ultimately failed to deliver.
