Just keep blocking and ignoring.  They'll get bored and move on eventually.

if we receive messages of that kind, i do not know about them unless Master tells me. We share a profile and he opens and reads all the mail; i don't even bother with it.
 
as for im messages; the only people who have my im are close friends,and i perfer to keep it that way

I do not block people. It encourages behavior like what you are complaining about. Some people that are mentally unwell tend to think it is their right to impress themselves upon a stranger's reality. These people cannot be stopped. It is best to leave them unblocked, open their emails, then delete without reading or responding to them. It is a message that is very clear, you are not troubled by reading their emails and it takes all motivation away to create a new account to harass you with. It would be easier to control the emotional impact of having one account harassing you than dozens invented with the sole purpose of invading your space nonconsensually.

The above is what my Daddy taught me, and so far I have had very little trouble here.
