Ages ago I read a book about this guy who somehow gets transported to an ancient time where magic and paladins exsist and he has no idea how to get back, or how he got there. something about a magic amulet or something eventually he discovers he turns into the long lost paladin. Every once in a while something happens to bring this vauge memory to the surface, and I'd like to try to find out the title of this book if possible.

ps I also believe it was a kids book/

Magic Kingdom of Landover? Quoting from a blurb I got typing 'paladin amulet book' into google, about the Black Unicorn by Terry Brooks: 'Ben found himself outcast... without the medallion, he couldn't seek the help of the paladin against Meeks. There was only the Prism Cat'

Great series!!! But NOT juvenile fiction.  Written at least back in the 1980s if not sooner.  If you love good fantasy - Terry Brooks is the man.

goodlittle girl maybe you can tell me the chronological order the sword books go in? They sound great, but to get them correctly I need to know which ones go in which order/.

I think I will keep a book journal from now on. Any book I read and Really liked, but It was a library book or something I will write down in this journal.
