If you don't like it to the ninth degree, simply create a second "anonymous" profile to use when you view other profiles.

I like it, but then again it takes a matter of a few seconds to see who is viewing me... lmao.
 
I think part of it is people that read the forums want a look-see, just curiousity. And if that's the case... my nic will be showing up on a lot of those lists... cuz' I'm nosey as all hell. lol

when i read an interesting comment i usually check out the writers profile. i hope they take it as a compliment and dont begin to feel stalked lol

It doesn't really bother me. And most times I view another persons profile because I admire what they may have said in the forums and I just want to know abit more about what makes them tick.

Just a quick tip; if you are uncomfortable about people knowing you're looking at their profile, you can;

a)  log out, and read their profile.
b)  make a profile expressly for the purpose of looking at other people's profiles, with an age of 99 and zero personal info.

if you move your cursor to the name, the info will appear.

I look at many sub's profiles in the hopes that they are intelligent enough to have some good quality tit and ass shots in their profile....

I've noticed that every single person who has viewed my profile is a tranny...Does my profile need some work?

In the upper left hand corner it says "part of collarme.com" a big black box?  Click on that.

Frankly I do not see what the big deal is about seeing who is browsing you. First of all you are on a site that helps people get together. Second, you have a public profile and people may just browse it... deal with it. It takes a little willpower in order to not click your mouse on the "Who is viewing me" button but if it creeps you out then I suggest highly that you do not look.

I don't get it, but that is nothing new.

I wonder if it shows you as having looked at someones profile if you're just randomly looking through profiles or if you click on "view full profile" only and/or when you click on someones name specifically .

I don't really like it, but at the same time, I find it useful to know who is looking at me.  If there is one in there that you don't want viewing you, you can block it.

MistressDiane, you have to be viewing the full profile - but if you click on their name here on the message boards, it automatically takes you to their full profile,

Doesn't register if you are just viewing them from the lists (even if you click on theirname - you have to click on view full profile)

Anyway, I like it.

Anything that ENCOURAGES people to reach out and contact one another more is only a positive thing by my estimation.
