Being relatively new to the message boards, I've seen several threads going on about how "everyone" is either overweight, or a smoker, etc. Some say it's because we really enjoy our indulgences. Well, I think it's high time we got some hard data and numbers to this theory... I must be the guiltiest of them all, I picked all of the above... although, I think I lied: I cook at home most of the time, and I like some green vegetables... well, used to have a recurring childhood nightmare about the Jolly Green Giant, no need to go there though...[&:] Hmmm... As far as drinking/smoking/drugs, I just say no. Well, the occasional drink but VERY rarely. As far as food, I absolutely refuse to ingest anything that is actually GOOD for me, but I've cut way back on things that are outright BAD for me. I wouldn't mind exercise so much if it didn't cut into my leisure time. I don't watch TV, though. I DO live for leisure, though. Jeff

My daddy will discover that his little girl makes homemade bread AND mixes a very very nice martini.....Not really a guilty pleasure, because I only have one or two a month, but I do love martinis and, when in New Mexico, margaritas.
