Our count was anywhere from 2 inches to 18 in places thanks to drifting snow.  All new snow....tht sat on top of the 6-8 base we already had.

I blowed our two driveways and the neighbors for them.  Thinking about going out and cutting some way through the snow in the yard for the dogs next.

It started snowing late last night and is still snowing. I drove the 4wheel drive to work today and am leaving a little early. I have no idea what the roads will be like in the 50 miles between here and home. The longest it has ever taken me to get between point A & B was several years ago in a blizzard with a foot of snow already on the roads, two very long hours. Even the freeway was deserted. I couldn't see anything, I just focused on keeping it between the ditches. Usually it is an easy 40 minute drive.

my city grants 8 hours after it stops snowing to get the sidewalks done ...

Spending a snow day in a neighborhood bar is the best. I love drinking in the daylight on a work day. I makes you feel like you are getting away with something!

And tomorrow will be even better because all of the teachers will have off.

Nothing spells snow day fun like drunk teachers!

I was out raking leaves and goofing off in 70 degree weather. Well until the bottom fell out. Then we just kinda played in the rain for a couple of hours. I hope all yall in the cold stay really warm, and safe..

I drove home from work tonight, in a sleet storm.  I had to pull over one time to get every piece of ice off the wiper blades.

I don't know how much it's going to snow today....But I think lil' sub susie  will be staring at eight angy inches here shortly.

We have a blizzard till morning sometime.  They are telling everyone to stay in, and that means Master gets to stay home tomorrow from work... Hopefully we will find something to keep ourselves occupied on the big V-day... I feel a beating coming my way (I hope).
