i just found the best coffee ever. Its by Bolthouse Farms and its called perfectly Protein. Mocha Cappuccino with whey protein. Cant beat that! Master looked at the bottle of brown liquid this morning - saw the words "protein", read abit further saw the words "whey" and said "whoaaaaaa". He thought i was nuts, but boy is he missing out! Not only is it great.. tastes like awesome coffee.. that i've even had regular coffee drinkers say "yum" BUT It has No sugar added... Low Fat.... 10g of Protien 8% Vit A 45% Calcium 150% Vit B12 20% Zinc 150% Vit C 10% Iron 150% Vit B6 20% Magnesium and and and..........100% Arabica Coffee low fat Milk Vanilla Extract and 18 amino Acids........ Must i say........ per serving? I'd just like to say *My coffee just pwnt all of your* coffees.......** and since the bottle is nice enough to leave a URL - www.bolthouse.com (might i add that the carrot juice and green goodness is good too)

I dunno... Uncommon Grounds roasts this Ethiopian Sidamo that's pretty damn tasty..

WAIT, im taking notes For me, its fresh coffee from my friend's plantation in Kenya. However, he isnt around anymore and wont be sending me more coffee, so I have to find a replacement favorite. DV

Thanks for the information! If anyone is ever in Boston, check out Cafe L'Aroma on Newbury Street. (it's where I met my master for our first "face to face" meeting) BUT... they make the best coffee... including a un-sweetened Mocha Latte

DV, FOR ME, it's about "Someone hauled their ass out of bed a 3:30am to get here, roast the beans and proof the bagels, so that when I got out of bed, and rolled in, there was a fresh bagel and a GOOD cup of FRESHLY ROASTED coffee, with consistent qualities I like. Your mileage of course will vary, if you find somewhere which does brunches on Sundays let me know!

Yeah, I'd drink it as a fast meal replacement protein shake, but I'm kind of spoiled for coffee since I roast my own. Freshness counts in coffee. Basically you have two weeks max from the time of roasting, and 45 MINUTES max from the time of grinding, before the volatile oils are pretty well lost due to oxidation. Most people don't know that so they drink nasty old crap, which is all you can get at most stores and even at most coffee houses that claim to have good coffee. Oh yeah, and over roasting is lame. Eg, Charbucks. Here's to being able to taste the flavor profile of a varietal coffee, not the flavor profile of the roast and nothing else.
