Hey-on the top of my hands red spots rash.

i never get rashes.

been spending time in moms attict. not really by insulation.

1. what is it?
2. how do i fix it?
3. how do i know to go to dr?


4. what could have caused it. there is anthing from papers to clothes to beer bottles to womans make up, to pennies-

pls help

You would need to describe the rash a bit more, or even better, link to a pic of your hands.
But if in doubt, go see a doc.

If you're not allergic or knocked out by 25mg of behadryl (diphenhydramine), take 25mg and get away from the cause of the rash if you know what it is...  Wash the area well too.
I've always had benadryl or some other antihistamine available because my lil one has very sensitive skin, and on occasion needs it.    M

i agree benadryl works great for minor rashes however if it get worse, PA, go to the doctor right away.

Well, it could be a case of hives. 

My father occasionally got the same thing (sounds like anyway) - and it was always stress-induced.

He had a stressful job, sometimes. He used to use Calamine lotion or some other ointment on it, so he wouldn't scatch it, and it gradually went away (in a week to 10 days, usually). But, I could be wrong. If it really itches or hurts, or even if you just wonder for sure what it is - maybe see a doctor?

my Master also recently had something like this and the dr said it was dandruff even though not on His scalp. He used cortisone cream and was also recommended 'druff shampoo

I am not going to spell this right lol but if it is seborrhea dermititis a tar shampoo will help. Stinky stuff but very effective. TGel is one brand name I know of.
