As someone who practiced self bondage extensively in the past, the concept of a safe word actually has to exist, as you can really get carried away with the moment, and do things which can really be dangerous, although trying to mumble your safeword to yourself through a gag is a bit silly at best !!! ...............Yours, Veronica

Liven up the switch message board? not an easy task! As for self bondage, you may not have a 'safe word' so safety is key! A good time release method is having the key in reach - but frozen in an ice cube or something similar. fergus

Arrange to have your Mother or someone come over at a certain time and make sure they have a key to let themselves in. That would help me make SURE I was not getting carried away. :)
