Hmm, let's see. This makes a good stew. (you can sub in fresh prduce but add water, with cans just use fluid in can)
2 cans corn                                  2 sliced onions
1 can green bean                          1 teaspoon garlic(minced fresh)
2 cans diced tomatos                    1/2 tea spoon pepper
1/2 tea spoon salt                         1 can tomato sauce
1/4 cup sugar                                2 cans stewed tomatos
1 can carrots                                 2 cups vodka(use the good stuff)
1 can tomato juice
2-3lbs of your favorite meat(venisen is my favorite)

Combine everything is a crock pot of adequate size. Cook on low all night. Serves....well it serves a bunch. Or you can add any vegetables you like...peas, lima beans, kidney beans...all the crap I don't like :-)
