For me, it's a big, banana-flavored bubble gum cigar!

love this one, and there's many variations:  1 can of coke, 1 pkg instant onion soup mix, 1 jar Heinz chili sauce and a brisket.  throw it all in the slow cooker, 5-6 hrs on hi or 8-9 on low.  super yummy and bad for you too!

a hat, or a broach, or a pterodactyl...

sorry.  just kidding.

actually, the brisket comes out very tender with a nice sauce to go with it.  you can stick it in the fridge overnight when it's done and get all the fat off, if you want to spoil the fun

Mmmmmmm, brisket.......

I had a friend who would cook her brisket on 150 degrees for 12 hours, overnight.  It literally melted in your mouth.  That Coke/chili sauce sounds awesome.

Ok..I feel sooo silly.
So I did some research.
I didnt know what a brisket was, for some reason I thought it was a type of bread.
Now I know that it a type of meat. Now it makes better sence.

LOL
I think I will try this one... sounds sweet.

This takes a little more than 30 minutes but it's a great low carb recipe for crustless pizza. I was dying for pizza while doing Atkins a few years back and just thought about how to do it w/o a crust.

Brown 1lb ground beef  and 1 lb hot bulk italian sausage and drain.
In a 2 qt (deep) casserole dish layer half the ground beef/sausage mix on the bottom. Add half a med sized can of tomato sauce, layer 1/2 of whatever pizza toppings you like. I tend towards big slices of pepperoni, artichoke hearts and mushrooms. Top with a layer of mozzarella cheese. Begin again..ground meat mix, sauce, pizza toppings and end up with the cheese layer. Bake at 350 for 20 min or until the cheese is gooey. Can bea bit messy but oh so good.

lighthearted,

I do a brisket with ( I know this sounds horrible but it's soooo good) onion soup mix, grape jelly and BBQ sauce or chili sauce.
