It's intriguing, to me. I've seen some posts, elsewhere, and a picture or two, that were just... amazing :)
You really didn't give the dirction of this "question" other than to say you have seen some really good photos somwhere (I assume the forced one looked very feminine/female at that point?). Your profile says you are a master with a collared slave, and that you have "crossdressing" as a hard limit. So seems doubtful you are speaking of yourself being femininized but maybe at most you might be interested in acquiring a male slave and femininizing him. Hummm..or more likely you were just reflecting on some photo you saw...and thought might be an interesting topic.
In my veiw it would be something that more likely a Domme would do rather than a Dom to a sub/slave, and the extend of that would be how much she is interested in the male presense of the sub, versus transforming him over time. I would only suggest this to any serious extent (physical changes) to a slave versus a sub as you may cause the male slave to not look very masculine after a period of time, so making working outside your domain quite difficult at least as a male. Besides the more superficial aspects like hair, makeup, clothes, and weight loss, you can move on to hormones, breasts implants, facial feminization surgery, and of course sexual reassignment as the "final point of no return."
If a Domme was interested initially with this process she would be wise to select a candidate that was already a good specimen for this transformation, thus more slight of build, not overly tall or deep voiced, and softer facial features. And of course the one that has a moldable spirit for this process. One can of course get much pleasure by breaking a more macho slave down and transform him, but if you would want to take you slave out in public then still go for a not so big of male to do this to, and might cost some money to accomplish what you want if you get into surgery aspects. However hormones alone can do quite a bit both physcially with breast development and softening the face, besides with his mindset as female hormones flood his body and mind. Likely the key aspect is for him to keep his manhood down below, but make it quite aware he is not a "man" but a token symbol of his Domme's feminine superority. Or so I 've heard.
