From what I saw she is convicted. How the hell did that happen ?
She is going to jail for what ? Something popping up on a PC screen ? Whatever happened to no crime without intent. Was she even negligent ?
Did she bring in a laptop with wifi and pass it around so the kids could see porn ? Not that I read. I would love to see Andy Rooney and Charlie Reese weigh in on this subject.
Yup, it does have something to do with the Puritans. I don't see the big deal anyway. If the kids are not old enough for sex they really don't know what they're looking at. At an older age they probably have seen it all anyway. I'm not saying it was right, but time and time again I see people cannot put things in perspective.
I fail to see exactly what this Woman did. Click on a link ? Assault With a Deady Mouse ? I personally know people who did less than 15 years for killing someone. This is justice ? Of course I also know someone doing life for murder that should have been considered self defense.
Justice is supposed to be blind to the accused's status, religion, creed etc., not to common sense.
Now they bring up intent when it pleases them. KPMG employees were convicted of doing something that was not illegal whwen they did it. They put a guy in jail for importing lobsters, and one US born gun dealer was extradited to Mexico for doing something in the US which is perfectly legal in the US.
I am going to stop now and think about something else before I decide now's the time to go out in a blaze of glory.
