OMG....Mistress mine and i were just looking at that shop after reading the thread about thosein for sale.

Status: offline 		Mine used to be innies.  Using a variety of techniques they aren't any more.

But... I think there is more to this nipple extending thing than cosmetic correction.
Sometime last year someone did an informal study on television about how people react to nipples.  Women, in all shapes and sizes shopped in a variety of stores and those females who had noticible nipple profiles recieved attention from the staff at double the rate of those who did not. 

They even make nipple inserts for inside bras because those little perky nubs command attention.

To make wearing nipple clamps that much easier.

Status: offline 		Oh great, you posted that on here, now I know what Master is going to get me for Valentines Day   Just another way for Him to torture my already overly large nipples....great....43 and my breasts are still firm but my nipples will hang down to my knees.   He'll be happy anyway....I won't be able to change in the locker room at the gym, but He'll be happy.

Aside from the aesthetic value, nipple training increases sensitivity...often significantly.

Dear Lord... even the nipples are fake now? Is there no justice?

Some morning, some newly made groom is going to wake up next to his newly made bride. He's going to roll over, look at her without any of the colors, textures, hair extensions, uplift, etc. and he's going to say, "Who are you, and why are you in my bed?"
