Absolutely. The Tardis can travel in time and space - so you can use it to get from one continent to the other without leaving the same timeline (if you can get it to work correctly - sometimes it's not so accurate).

Nah...the past is what it is,
and it makes me who I currently am.

However i,d like to go back, and kick Napoleon in the balls.
Then declare myself emperor of France
as I were his poof hat, then jump forward and ream Hitler with a lit cigar.
Free the Jews and stop world war two sooner,
as I made all parties responsible little dangling puppets
on the flag poles.

Then jump even farther back and hang with good Ole bloody marry.
Maybe try to get her interested in more then just bathing in blood.
Herd maybe she would have like using whips on her servant girls...
After having my fun go find the marquee DE leasard.
And ask if he has any hause and pepper.

Upon which the time police would come ,
and vaporize me to ash.
