This is certainly a fine thought, and probably - make that undoubtedly - would benefit the sub greatly. But I really doubt you will find one. Straight male service subs invariably want to serve women. There are a variety of reasons, which don't directly involve sex, but they allwould involve and require a woman as the object of service. It may be the company of a woman, the humiliation, the role reversal, the closeness to female "things", wanting to emulate her, or as mentioned above the sublimated inability to please a woman in any other way and who knows how many other things that drive us. But I can't imagine a male Dom ever getting that interest or commitment.
Except in one possible situation, if that would suit you.
If you find a Female Domme who wants to have her sub service trained by you. Either because she respects your training skills, or wants to make hers more versatile, etc. If she were to direct her sub to give you the same obedience, respect and attention to acquiring skills as he would give to her, he would probably then throw himself into it with the sort of commitment you would require. In fact in that case, the knowledge and absolute assurance (from his Mistress) that there would be no sexual component to his training from you, might make him even more amenable. Of course, he wouldn't be doing it for you, you'd only be the proxy for a or his mistress. I don't know how that would affect the intererst or dynamic for you, being only the intermediate, not ultimate object of his desire to learn and please.
