I've never purchased from them, however I have read on a couple different sites of people who did and never recieved anything from them.

I ordered my subs collar from Eternity Collars and was very pleased with the craftsmanship and delivery time. They answered my email questions promptly and when I had to do a return it was done quickly and without any problems.

Good luck

Never heard of benders calling themselves "Pure TNT"

Do you have there website? How did you pay? If you used a credit card and or Pay Pal, you can dispute the claim and be reinbursed.

If you payed with check or cash, a small claims law suit may take you a long time.

All of the people who got scammed should go to the Better Business Bureau and report it.
They will at least be a place whereothers can check and see the issues before they buy.
We've done that with three web sites that had complaints listed.
One resolved the issue satisfactory so we still ordered and the other two had not so we did not order.
In future check out their site before you buy from someone else, it's no guarantee, but it does help.
Sorry you got burnt.
