ITS A BOY!!!!!!!

Woo hoo!  I said it was a boy and it is a Boy!  He measures out completely perfect and the U/s lady said everything is completely "text book".  He is weighing in at 10 oz right now.   The U/s lady had his legs and "bottom" area on the moniter and told me she knew what i was having.  Of course i answered first as there is NO mistaking, my son is a boy!  He isnt shy either and as the U/s lady was trying to measure out his other body parts, the little rascal kept flashing himself.  <grins>  JUST like his father.  lmao   Luckily, the pretty blonde U/s lady did not mind and simply leaned in to tell my son "i'm too old for you"

And he's a mover, he was constantly moving.  I've got some really good face shots of him and i  saw all 4 chambers of his heart, his brain, his arms, legs, and some of his toes.  He moved too much to get a really good picture of his foot.

The U/s lady did note that i have a marginal placenta previa.  Which means the placenta is covering my cervix marginally.  I was told that they usually move up and its not a really a big deal.  They'll end up doing another U/s later on to check on it.  Which is all fine and dandy for me!  I'd have a U/s every day if i could.

so anywho!  Its a boy!!  (and i've been saved from the girls name Pandora)  YaaaaaaaaaY!  lol  Mothers intution ROCKS.  I knew it was a boy and made a deal with Master - if its a girl, he chooses the name.  If its a boy, i choose the name.  Wicked, but i rock none the less!!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaah  - now time to go through ALL of my saved baby stuff and find a boy's name!  Any suggestions?

So far i like Corbin Micheal

James Alexander

and Damien, but i think using the name Damien is abit wrong.  Its the name of an Ex love of mine and well it seems wierd.  Master likes the name and hasnt a problem.. but well...... it does seem wrong.

Boy names anyone?

LOL big enough that there is NO mistaking it.. LMAO looking at the pic, i'd say it comes to his knee caps.  Well, pretty close

Congrats!

10lbs! almost like my first daughter - she was 9lbs 6 1/2oz

if i ever have another one (not planning on it anytime soon), i would choose Dominic Michael for a boy and whatever  my mother chooses for a girl (she named my 2 girls)

Aubre -> RE: Its a ..... (1/18/2007 10:43:43 AM)

Congrats. Being the geek I am,  I would go with Corbin Dallas :P

How about Shlongo Johnson (whatever your last name is)

Kinda give him a leg up with the girls?

Congratulations! I like the name Corbin as its not as common as Damien. Or you could use a variation of Damien  such as Corbin Damon or Damon Corbin. I always liked the name Brock too, very manly sounding and not often heard. Carson is another one thats not often heard.

Ron had a good idea with Schlong Johnson, though I like Bigus Dickus myself[;)]
