Well, the human body is suposed to have an electrical resistance of 500K ohms and from some brief reading I found that a fence designed to deter sheep (which had the highest body resistance among herd animals) has 3000 volts. So with a human body in the complete circuit there would be a 6 miliamp (3000/500K) current, which is enough to be painful, below the amount needed to force one to contract their muscles completely, and way below the amount needed to stop your heart. The circuit I asume would go from the urine to the crotch and down one of the legs so it wouldn't be running through the heart anyway. I don't know how much electricity it takes to damage the testicals or penis though so I can't make any conclusions there. Granted, I wrote this with only a basic knowledge of electricity and about 5 seconds of reading on electrical fences so everything might not be completely accurate.

This reminds me of the old Ren and Stimpy cartoons that had some commercials with a game that was called "Don't Whiz on the Electric Fence". I think that was somethng similar to the "Operation Game." That was a very warped cartoon but funny!

That reminds me of a time I was in a KB Toys and saw an actual factual board game where doing something wrong resulted in a small electrical shock.

Dood!!! When I was younger, I LIVED for Ren & Stimpy!! My brother and I used to tape every episode we could....much to the chagrin of my parents since at one point we ran out of blank tapes. giggles

I would suggest the path would be your urethra, your ureter, your kidney more than down your leg. once it hit the kidney maybe even one of your arteries as it's attached to the kidney.
