As someone who does practice reflexology on those I care about, I suspect that while you feel it as being under the ball of the foot, the person who is massaging your feet is also using pressure applied to the top of your feet in order to have something to press against when they press into the ball of your foot. [8|]
Most of the points that are tied to the sexual organs are on the top of the foot and closer to the ankles. It could very well be that he may be pressing on something for leverage that is being triggered when he hits that spot on the ball of your foot. It could also be that in some manner it is linked to something else which also connects to one of your particular hot spots. I can think of numerous other explanations for that type of reaction. Ultimately, any explanation I might have, doesn't really matter. Each foot has a slightly different map as does each owner of said foot. [:D]
It is not nearly as simple as the textbooks might imply. If that particular spot does the trick for you. I wouldn't ask why, but instead would make certain that your sub knows where it is and how you like to have it pressed! [sm=lol.gif][sm=lol.gif][sm=lol.gif]
