ok this might be a stupid question but - HOW COME we aren't allowed to use photos containing nudity in our profiles because it's not a members only site, and YET those adverts over on the right hand side are ALL naked genital and breast pics?? Where is the logic here?
This makes NO SENSE to Me, if there is no genitals allowed, then why show them in the ads on the domain?? Either it is allowed, or it's not, it can't be both.

Can anyone clarify this? Please?

Perhaps that is not your face at all in your avatar. Perhaps it is the image of someone else and you are using it in violation of her rights. Can you imagine how violated she would feel? Can you imagine how much more violated she would feel if CM allowed you, the violator, to show her entire body in the nude?

(Not saying that it is not a photograph of you, merely using the argument as an example by analogy.)

It can be if the site owners deem it so - I suspect it may have to do with the escalation phenomona, i.e., first it's naked, then it's scening pics, then it's donkey shows - rather than have to spend the time sifting through every pic submitted, probobly hundreds, if not thousands - or would be if you could post your private stash - it's easier just to confine it to non-controversial shots - no having to make difficult judgement calls, finding out somebody snuck in unmentionables or something.

I don't see it as big problem, you can send me all the naked pictures you want.

With the new laws and stuff collar me would have to have papers from every single nude member stating and prooving they were over 18 and on and on and on. the adds featured here probably have all those ducks in a row,, or don't mind a potential investigation.

I think if they allowed nudes, there would suddenly be a lot more though. Too many possible legal issues, in short.

Makes it a challenge to come up with something more erotic - you managed quite well I'd say.

The rules so far as I understand them legally demand that all nude or sexually suggestive photos be locked down in secured, verified, members only areas of any particular site or domain - I don't even think this domain has such an area, but I'd hope it does - those adverts are not locked down and any "youth" can view them. I do have nude photos in My Own profile and they have been there for eons. My slave however; when trying to post a photo deep within its' pile was informed "no genital nudity allowed," as apparently the brown blanket hanging down from the shoulders to its' kneecaps was thought to be ... *ahem* something else, and slave is white as white comes!
If there is no genital nudity allowed then get rid of the crap on the right, which if you WATCH it the photos come up with changing age, location and info all the time, and are not in a secured part of the domain - So who is conning who here? It's a ploy and I am sure none of those people in the ads are listed on an approved CM DB and yet are being shown on CM's site - Also AFF doesn't demand proof of age or any other proof of post, neither does alt, or any of the other free, unsecured, adult domains. Either there is a loophole being exploited here, or someone is getting away with something temporarily - I'm simply curious as to which it might be, as I am also responsible for an educational adult domain - So hey, what's wrong with trying to figure out how the action is working now, when the contradictions are rampant? As the Owner of another adult and D/s site - Yes, I am at least mildly aware of the rules, laws, and regulations, and this one is confounding. But hey! Thanks for the opinions.

And to the wise one who suggested picture thievery; people have and DO use/steal My photos all the time, I'm told I should take it as a compliment, so this is why My name is burned all over them in less that pretty form - To help alleviate this desire.
Also if CM was half as worried about this as they profess to being, why not just make the site so you can NOT download or copy anything off of it? Wouldn't that be wise? I get mail daily from slaves telling Me they have "saved the photos to their desktops to worship" - And why ban us from nudity and yet provide pay per minute videos which I'm SURE are EXTREMELY pornographic and sensual in nature, and again advertised in plain sight on the domain, but not in a secured, adult verified area? It' strikes Me a double standard, and a cover up on the part of the larger domains (AFF, ALT, fetish.com as examples). As a former alt and aff member I know the only info they ask is birthdate for profile purpoases the same as here, nothing is done to verify the photos are you, they were taken with consent, or that you will be responsible for the content of said photos. I suspect the truth of the CM matter is that if they allow us nude and scene shots, no one will pay for the videos - TOUCHE!
