The rules so far as I understand them legally demand that all nude or sexually suggestive photos be locked down in secured, verified, members only areas of any particular site or domain - I don't even think this domain has such an area, but I'd hope it does - those adverts are not locked down and any "youth" can view them. I do have nude photos in My Own profile and they have been there for eons. My slave however; when trying to post a photo deep within its' pile was informed "no genital nudity allowed," as apparently the brown blanket hanging down from the shoulders to its' kneecaps was thought to be ... *ahem* something else, and slave is white as white comes!
If there is no genital nudity allowed then get rid of the crap on the right, which if you WATCH it the photos come up with changing age, location and info all the time, and are not in a secured part of the domain - So who is conning who here? It's a ploy and I am sure none of those people in the ads are listed on an approved CM DB and yet are being shown on CM's site - Also AFF doesn't demand proof of age or any other proof of post, neither does alt, or any of the other free, unsecured, adult domains. Either there is a loophole being exploited here, or someone is getting away with something temporarily - I'm simply curious as to which it might be, as I am also responsible for an educational adult domain - So hey, what's wrong with trying to figure out how the action is working now, when the contradictions are rampant? As the Owner of another adult and D/s site - Yes, I am at least mildly aware of the rules, laws, and regulations, and this one is confounding. But hey! Thanks for the opinions.
And to the wise one who suggested picture thievery; people have and DO use/steal My photos all the time, I'm told I should take it as a compliment, so this is why My name is burned all over them in less that pretty form - To help alleviate this desire.
Also if CM was half as worried about this as they profess to being, why not just make the site so you can NOT download or copy anything off of it? Wouldn't that be wise? I get mail daily from slaves telling Me they have "saved the photos to their desktops to worship" - And why ban us from nudity and yet provide pay per minute videos which I'm SURE are EXTREMELY pornographic and sensual in nature, and again advertised in plain sight on the domain, but not in a secured, adult verified area? It' strikes Me a double standard, and a cover up on the part of the larger domains (AFF, ALT, fetish.com as examples). As a former alt and aff member I know the only info they ask is birthdate for profile purpoases the same as here, nothing is done to verify the photos are you, they were taken with consent, or that you will be responsible for the content of said photos. I suspect the truth of the CM matter is that if they allow us nude and scene shots, no one will pay for the videos - TOUCHE!
