The idea is that the more you know your partner, the more likely you'll get gifts they hate because you can't separate your interests from theirs.

This hasn't been my experience at all- I find if a person really tries to get a good gift, they will, and if they are lazy about it, they'll be lazy.

Well I guess it would depend on if you wanted the same things and liked the same things wouldn't it?

You know I like music as much as the next person, but that would not be a good gift for me. I would rather get a pair of slippers... seriously!

I agree.  The gifts I get from Libby show a deep insight into my soul... and often my kink

I agree with the lazy idea ... i do think the better I know someone the better gifts I give.  But then that would be my pov, wouldn't it.

This is definitely not true for me, but than again I'm the type that likes inexpensive thoughtful gifts, or if affordable, nicer things.   I would rather not receive anything except nice words than a crappy gift, and likewise would never give crappy gifts.   M

I disagree. I got my daddy dom a pirate skull cause he loves pirates, and he loved it so much and I made him a felt snow flake that said daddy and he loved it so much he got teary eyed.
