God, I love me when I'm drunk....It just took a few years to find out that I was the only person who felt that way.  Is this what you are talking about...lol.

Like jali I am not quite sure what you mean by an intoxication fetish. I am guessing you are not referring to wanting to get blind drunk every time you scene.  Maybe someone who craves the high of subspace? Looking forward to finding out more about this.

Well, I presume that since intoxication means under the influence of alcohol, that you're saying an intoxication fetish is someone who can't find sexual gratification without being drunk.

If someone needs to get drunk in order to enjoy sex with me, then he really needs to find someone else to be with. If he needs me to be drunk in order to have sex with him, then he really needs to get some help for whatever insecurities he has that makes him think that that's the only way someone could possibly be with him. If he just likes me drunk so he can feel as if he's taking advantage of me, then... well....that's not play in my book because I can't consent to something if I'm not sober enough to know what I'm consenting to.

Alcohol numbs my body and I'll take my D/s and SM straight up thank you very much.

While having a drink is not a problem, I don't have much toleration for people who get drunk around me. And that would mean every single person, from my parents to my colleagues to my adult children to my Master.

18 years living with an alcoholic... an abusive alcoholic. I'll never put myself in that position again. Never ever again. And I'm not EVEN having the discussion over whether someone's over-indulgence is or is not due to alcoholism. I'm not second guessing anyone when it comes to my life anymore. Get drunk around me and I'll call you a cab, but beyond picking your keys/car up the next day, I never want to see you again.

I guess you could say I'm not interested.

The OP's fetish is for chloroform..

Much flaming and fighting ensued on the other site about it years ago. He likes that kind of attention.

I spoke to someone recently who was searching for sites regarding chloroform.  Isnt it illegal to buy?
I wouldnt want to make my boy get drunk to play with him or intoxicate him in anyway, he occasinally has a few cans but not to be drunk for our play, i like to know he is still compus mentus so he can let me know if something isnt right.  A close friend of mine is sub and he often plays with class a drugs like geebee or ketamine !!! I find this crazy personally having tried them both recreationally i cant imagine anything more worrying than playing bdsm games while under the influence
But then i guess its whatver floats your boat.

it's not about chloroform. It's a fetish with many  different sub fetishs in it. I don't  drink or do drugs, or wanting to start a problem here. I have found so many into this fetish. Just wanted to know if there were into it as well here.

I started to say something about his posts on that other site, and then I decided that one of the things I like about here is that new people can post their views and ask their questions without all the knee jerk reactions that come from where people know you well (at least your posts and threads). So, I decided to let the posts and threads on that other site stand, keep this one separate and answer just the question without enlightening other people to the history that I'm aware of regarding the original poster.

I figured this is a different site. He can make or break his reputation here all on his own with little to no help from me. You know...that notion of a "clean slate."

Even if I never agreed with one of his ideas, one of the really nice things about the original poster is that when everyone else was name calling and flaming him and his views, he never ever stooped so low as to return the favor.

Being that I'm not quite sure what it is either....I'm thinking that it involves some intense body control (in terms of consciousness vs. unconsciousness) bordering on breath play.  That's not anything I would be comfortable doing with someone that I played with casually.  I would most likely panic.

I haven't, nor would I ever observe, engage or endorse any BDSM activity that I personally believe to de "unsafe" for the party/parties involved, regardless of what others feel comfortable with witnessing, doing or encouraging.  We all have our opinions, choices and rights to do as we wish; however, we must be prepared to deal with the consequences of our actions.  These consequences can be conceptualized as either "bad" or "good" depending on their outcome and our individual value system based on one's conscience.

Respectfully,
LBO

Several people have expressed they dont know what an "intoxication fetish" is.
So far, you have told us what it isn't. (It isnt chloroform or drugs and alcohol, according to your posts.)
Maybe you could clue us in as to what you are talking about so that we could have an opportunity for discussion.

Thank you op you really clarified you original post with this little gem.

This might help...Is it poisoning?...You already said you don't drink, so it can't be getting drunk....So it must be the elation and strong excitement!  Commonly known as the "SANTA FETISH!"

Main Entry: in·tox·i·ca·tion
Pronunciation: in-"täk-s&-'kA-sh&n
Function: noun
1 : an abnormal state that is essentially a poisoning <carbon monoxide intoxication>
2 a : the condition of being drunk : INEBRIATION b : a strong excitement or elation

Merry Christmas, Big boy and keep the great posts up.

out.

But you still did not explain what it is. I'm way curious about it now.

Maybe it's Helium Intoxication?

I'm not completely sure- maybe he means the more traditionally labeled "Knock-out" or "unconsciousness" play?

And yes, there's definitely people on the boards who are into that (myself included).
