Sat backwards on a chair...  Or lead face down over the end of the bed...  Or d-rings attached to a wall, bind ankles and wrists...  NO that wont work.

Have him over a coffee table, face down... Bind ankles and wrists to legs of coffee table..  Have done this they cant move, just make sure when you tie up the rope that your sub has no way of reaching those nots...

The butterfly is My personal favorite, that way I can play with what ever orafice I desire.

For those unsure what the butterfly is - start with a very long rope at the center and tie the hands either in the front in the prayer postition or in the back at the small of the back, then each length of rope is then wrapped around the thigh and calf tightly about 3 to 4 times, then weaved under the knee.  The remaining ropes lengths may then be used to either secure the bent legs apart or may be wrapped up around the neck (be sure to have some way to make sure choking can not occur, My pet's have a collar with a large ring that I weave it thru) and then back down the back.  At this point I generally have a parachute on My male pets and a reverse strap-on for My female pets and I loop the ends thru the ring of the particular item, then I place a butt plug of some sort in the anus and position the rope over it and then tie it to the portion coming down the back.  This creates a swiss seat and anytime the pet moves or I move the rope the parachute or strap-on as well as the butt plug move.  The pet in this position is easy to move onto their back or front with little effort and all orafices are available for play.

Yes, very fun, but have been more inclined lately to tie the hands behind the back as they tend to fall asleep when in the prayer position.

have the sub down on their hands and knees.
push their shoulders to the bed, keeping the ass high.
have the sub reach through their legs, and grab their ankles, keep the ass high.
tie or tape wrists to ankles, and then both wrists/ankles together.
Voila.

For this trick you'll need a spreader bar, best around 4 feet long (which you can make yourself with a long, thick (say 1" diameter) dowel rod), ankle and wrist cuffs, and 3 snap hooks.  The spreader bar should have loops at each end, and best of all, one in the middle.

The 'subject' should lie on a somewhat comfy spot, such as a bed, face-down.  It won't be comfy for too long.  The spreader bar goes between the ankles.  That takes up 2 of the snap hooks and the loops on the end of the spreader bar.  The third snap hook connects both wrist cuffs on one end to the loop at the middle of the spreader bar.

By this time, the 'subject' will be on their knees, and their arms are fairly well drawn through under them.  This pretty well sticks the old tuckus (sp?) straight up in the air.  For your viewing, dining, or otherwise, pleasure.  No matter what you do (or not), the 'subject' will feel this is a very open, exposed position.  And it is.

Season with optional gag, blindfold, toys.  Enjoy.
