does anyone know of a way i can contact the people that approve photos and run or moderate the site? I know it gives a help page but I have questions that it doesnt answer.

You can either e-mail /message support-At-collarme.com or if it's a site issue, you can type in ''moderator'' in the search-component feature on the profile side and message them that way.

Just a note.....they have limited staff on hand, so it may take up to 72 hrs to have your pics approved.

I think the direct support email address was removed so if you want to contact support,  you need to click on the 'Support' link found at the bottom of every collarme.com page.  If you have a general problem in the forums, you can contact myself or one of the other moderators but overall site issues need to go to be addressed by the Support staff.
