So as can be gathered from my s/n I have a prison fantasy. I really like order and proceedure and wondered if anyone else felt this way. I actually wrote a prison rules book and thought I might share it here and see if anyone has any good ideas to be added to it. Cheers and happy new year!
I. Arrival -
A prisoner turning himself over to the authorities will be granted no
special privileges and will be treated just the same as a prisoner
apprehended in the field. Standard protocol should be followed.
A) Clothing
The prisoner should be ordered upon arrival to strip. He must do so
in a timely and orderly fashion and fold his clothes neatly and
surrender them to the arresting officer. At no time in the prison is
clothing allowed to be worn. Inmates who are cold may be given a
blanket, but no clothing.
B) Inspection for contraband
The prisoner should be instructed to lie down face on the floor and to
put his hands on his head locking his fingers together. The arresting
officer should apply handcuffs to the inmates wrists and double lock
them. Leg irons should also be added to the ankles. From here the
arresting officer may look the prisoner over to ensure he has no
illegal weapons, drugs or other materials forbid in the prison.
C) Restraint
After it is deemed that the inmate is ready to enter into his prison
sentence, he should be repositioned and read the rules of the prison.
Generally it is acceptable to handcuff the prisoner behind his back
and to leave his legirons on. A gag is inserted into his mouth and he
is allowed to sit in a chair to hear the prison regulations.
II. Prison Regulations
These are the rules of the prison that the prisoner must follow.
Failure to follow will result in disciplinary action [See that
section, below].
A) Prisoners are to remain nude at all times.
B) Upon entering the prison, the prisoner's shackles must remain on
for the entire duration of the prison sentence [unless they become too
uncomfortable at night to sleep]. This includes showers, meals,
restroom breaks etc. Removal of the restraints by the prisoner will
lead to disciplinary action.
C) The duration of the prisoner's sentence must be explained to him
and he must agree to it. This can be a visual nod due to the ball
gag.
III. Entering Jail
Once the prisoner has agreed to the terms, the following proceedures
should be put in effect. If the prison is already set up please skip
to step A. If the cell is not yet ready, the prisoner should be made
to lie face first on the ground in his current restraints while it is
put together. Then proceed to step A.
A) The prisoner's gag should be removed.
B) The prisoner's handcuffs should be moved from the back to the front
and double locked.
C) The prisoner should be forced to stand and walked over the cage.
D) The prisoner should be lowered to his knees in front of the cage
and enter it headfirst.
E) Once inside the arresting officer should padlock the front of the cell.
IV. Cell Time
During the time in his cell the prisoner should be allowed to do what
he wants so long as he remains restrained. He can read or use a
computer watch TV etc. His cell should be covered at the begining of
the sentence to let him get used to his new home. At meal/restroom
breaks the cage can be uncovered, as well as for a small viewing time
for the warden.
V. Breaks
Restroom and smoking breaks [provided the prisoner is not allowed to
smoke in his cell] should be granted at the prisoner's request. This
should at no time be denied even if the warden deems the breaks
excessive or fradulent. If the prisoner asks for excessive breaks,
the breaks must still be given, but after the break the prisoner may
be punished by one of the punishments described later.
VI. Meals
The prisoner should be provided with a dinner meal and a breakfast
meal. These should be accompanied by water or another beverage. Also
water should be given to the prisoner at his request.
VII. Leaving the prison
The prisoner has two ways to leave the prison as follows:
A) By use of the safeword "Red". No other word even 'no' or 'stop'
will be allowed to stop the sentence. Use of the word Red immedietly
ends the sentence, the prisoner must be freed, allowed to dress and
allowed to leave.
B) After completing his sentence the prisoner is allowed in the
morning to shower himself. The following proceedures should be in
effect.
1) Remove the padlock from the cage and allow the prisoner to exit.
2) Secure the prisoner to the cage by padlocking his handcuffs to the
cage body. Leave him like this while you prepare the shower.
3) Once the shower is prepared, remove the padlock from the prisoner's
handcuffs, but do not remove the handcuffs or legirons. Allow the
prisoner to shower at his own pace undisturbed in his chains.
4) When the prisoner exits the shower, remove his handcuffs and
legirons. Allow him to dry off.
5) Handcuff the prisoner's hands behind his back and apply leg irons
to his ankles. Walk him into the Cell block and have him sit down.
6) Bring his breakfast to him and recuff his hands in front of him and
allow him to eat.
7) When he has finished eating, put the handcuffs behind his back and
have him lay face down on the floor while the dishes are cleaned up.
8) Once this is done, the prisoner should be freed from his restraints
and allowed to stand up, dress and leave.
VIII. Punishment
If the prisoner breaks any of the rules or refuses any of the
proceedures included in this guide, he is subject to punishment. The
following punishments should be given in order.
A) The prisoner will be put in the cage [if he is not already] and his
hands will be handcuffed behind his back rather than the front. A
padlock will be added to his handcuffs and legirons drawing him up
into a hogtie inside the cage. He will remain like this for an hour.
The first half hour the cage should be left uncovered, and in the
second half hour a shrowd should be placed over it. After the hour is
over, he should be realeased back into standard restraints.
B) On second offense, the prisoner will have a ball gag added to his
restraints that will be left on for half an hour.
C) On third offense, the prisoner's handcuffs will be moved to behind
his back and padlocked to the back of the cage. His legirons will
also be padlocked to the sides of the cage. He will be left like this
for fourty five minutes.
D) On fourth offense, the prisoner's legirons should be looped through
the top of the cage so that his feet dangle as he lies on his back.
E) On fifth offense, the order can become mixed and intertangled. You
could hogcuff the prisoner in the cage, but also apply a ball gag etc.
