hello to all I can explain some of the questions raised about SM - Don't like to talk about it ( thats one reason my profile is half mast and pics down - I feel safer sharing info on this public board., if anyone wants to know) This is from RL personal experience and is ... just me, my experience. 1. Yep, From the right person - I can get very sexually excited by pain - in this context. I can go into subspace where the pain mixes and the sensation is one of pleasure - even if it does hurt. I fly. Even orgasm. 2. I can be grabbed out of space - if one chooses me to fully experience the moment. It is not easy. Oddly - I'll mark, bruise, yet when let free to go deep into space- the same thing will not leave a trace. It is not fun for me, but it is about power. 3. Now, just because "I 'heart' pain" does not mean I am being pleasured. 4. I have been lucky in the very few men (dominant sadists) I have been with. 5. This is the biggie - sadists ( no, not psychpaths) will push even a maso past tolerance for pleasure/pain ) and do enjoy the real suffering they inflict. They don't even have to do it to be mean or to punish. I gather it grants them feeling wanted, cared for, trusted, and in total power and control. I only know this from a relationship viewpoint - so am biased. But - I think it would be wrong to say a sadist acts only to a sub/slaves wants. She/He WILL go farther - even if just an inch - or that dominant would be serving the submissive, think about it.. Who is in control? I don't mean pushing limits in a damaging, careless, or destructive way. for those who think they have no limit... go ahead - someone out there can do the job Be well and good night Humbly..

Ummmm...isn't this entire thread a matter of semantics and definition? Who knows what the original profile writer meant? Who knows why letmecollaryou found the absence of soft words so "disgusting & disgraceful"? Who knows if letmecollaryou means "disgusting & disgraceful" in a good way lol? This is like debating who would win a World Series between the 1964 Cardinals and the 1956 Yankees -- without being able to remember a single person from either team. Where is this going?

My statement I made was in complete sarcasim . As a very high ranking retired military officer I can tell you that based on the few people in this "life style" {whatever the hell that means}that there is really a lack of understanding when it comes to the idea of dominance and submission. I have made a thousand men move in unison without putting a finger on them! I have watched men who could break me in two with there bare hand "drop and give me 100!" Dominance and submission is far removed from brutality and cowardly bullying. I am shocked that the people who claim to be the ones with "understanding" are surprised that someone in there right mind who would rather not be abused is simply letting it be known that they might enjoy B/D and not S/M. Mock if you will ,but the question still begs the answer -- so many say they know the difference--- Do you?

What rank were you? I'm trying to think what type officer is involved in direct physical training and so on? I mean telling someone to drop and give you a 100 is not something found everywhere in the military. I don't know what kind of men could do that. They must have been the super elite?

I am also ex miltary,3 tours in nam and wounded twice, what does this have to do with apples and oranges?>MEN in the miltary are taught to respond in that manner.Woman or a man beaters are on the same mode in my view chicken shit and bullys.NOW s and m is a whole different thing, there is a sharing of the moments both sides giving and receiving in the experience.So every one don't evaluate s and m with abuse smiles..I am a sadist and make no bones about it but to each his/her own..of course just the views of this ol MASTER,,bountyhunter
