I have a sub that wants to be fisted but it rather tight. I know a couple of you have answered this allready on another thread but I ask the masses....
What is the best fisting position?
What is the easiest fisting position?

I'd say have her lay down with pillows so she can be as relaxed as possible. Any other position will require her to hold some muscles tight and that can lead to other tightness as well as fatique over time.

It also allows you the easiest and most open access.

Oh and be ok with this taking a few or more sessions- there's no reason you have to go from A-Z all in one night.

Bottoms up or down?

I have tried it a few times with her but with no success.. she never complains about it though which is strange... I allways get my thumb nuckle hooked. I have done it with other subs without any problems but for her she is really unusually tight in that she is able to grip a single finger extreamly tightly. I would actually like to see someday if I put several objects out on a low bench what she could actually pick up with it just out of curiosity.

Yes, I have had her doing kegels for some time. I am a huge advocate of kegels and feel that any woman who does not do them regularly at least twice a day really deserves punishment...LOL

Now if someone could just invect a wearable kegel counter for us doms.... :)

The fisting scene that I've seen, both vaginal and anal, have been with the people laying on thier back. This allows them to relax completely.

One of the positions I've found to be easier (both vaginal and anal) is to have her lay on her side, one leg (the upper one) over a large pillow (ie body pillow), with the knee drawn up to waist level. The bottom leg can be straight or slightly bent... whatever she's most comfortable with. Her body will roll forward a bit, so she may prefer having another pillow to 'hug' and support her upper body.

Just wondering, but have you tried fisting while going down on her? If not, you may want to try... especially just before she orgasms. Have your finger(s) inside her already, but don't start forcing them in until she's close to or is cuming.

I usually try fisting her as part of the Oral. I have a really bad oral fetish so the oral kind of combines with everything else. for me, doesn't matter if I am face up or face down. What does matter is which direction his hand is. It feels best when palm is perpendicular, on edge going in. If it is parallel to floor, knuckles bruise and it hurts.

You may want to try tantric massage to help her relax. Maybe your moving too fast. Maybe if you slow things way down and check out http://www.tantra.org/ these technics may help her relax for longer periods with your fingers inside just massaging. I know it works well for me. An old lover used these on me and that's how i was able to learn how to relax enough to be fisted. Oral along with fisting just makes me tense up and come very soon. Personally (as a fister of course), I don't think it's about the position as much as it's about the trust and energy. Her being tight really isn't a factor (though that's a big myth out there). The time and timing, the trust, the relaxation and the stimulation will guide you and if that is there than the pussy will react to that, or your sub (though there are tops that like to be fisted as well) will be more comfortable.

As you continue you'll decide what positions are more comfortable for you so talking through the first few times is important. I know as partners get use to each other's bodies the primal instinct (dirty talk, even humliation) can get the partner more excited too and then there are just those fisting lovers who just like to go to town.

I have found I too prefer to be on my back for this.
For me having a couple of orgasms and being really turned on is important to how relaxed I get.
Maybe since your sub is so tight you could do perineal massage around the opening much like they do to prevent tears in child birth. It seems to relax and stretch your vagina enough to help with the tearing when the baby comes so it should relax her and open her more to accomidate something goign in as well as out I would think..
I got this from a web site

Try this technique:

Scrub your hands and trim your thumb nails. Sit in a warm comfortable area, spreading your legs apart in a semi-sitting birthing position. To become familiar with your perineal area use a mirror for the first few massages (a floor-to-ceiling mirror works best). Use massage oil, such as pure vegetable oil, or a water-soluble lubricant, such as K-Y Jelly (not a petroleum-based oil) on your fingers and thumbs and around your perineum.
Insert your thumbs as deeply as you can inside your vagina and spread your legs. Press the perineal area down toward the rectum and toward the sides. Gently continue to stretch this opening until you feel a slight burn or tingling.
Hold this stretch until the tingling subsides and gently massage the lower part of the vaginal canal back and forth.
While massaging, hook your thumbs onto the sides of the vaginal canal and gently pull these tissues forward, as your baby's head will do during delivery.
Finally, massage the tissues between the thumb and forefinger back and forth for about a minute.
Being too vigorous could cause bruising or swelling in these sensitive tissues. During the massage avoid pressure on the urethra as this could induce irritation or infection.
As you become adept with this procedure, add Kegel exercises to your routine to help you get the feel for your pelvic muscles

FR: As a top who loves fisting his bottom, I agree with all that's said re: trust, not going to fast, etc. The two positions that seem to work best are her on her back, me above her or her on her side, with a body pillow as DiamondOrchid notes. If you have access to a medical exam table or chair, the "stirrups up" position works very well for some women. As for hand position, at entry it isn't really a fist, but more a clenched triangle of fingers with the thumb tucked down (one girl calls it "the anteater").

The one thing no one has mentioned is lube. I'm a believer in LOTS of lube. Even with a juicy "victim" I use a lot. I'm a fan of Astroglide, and boy butter works well too.

fisting normally terrifies and tortures me personally (which is really the whole point behind it when it's done to me), but i've found that the most painful position is when i'm on my back, in more of a missionary-style. having my head down and my butt high (and i mean high...to the point where my pussy is parallel to the ceiling) is much less painful. this is basically due to the way i am built...frontal penetration is generally more painful regardless of the activity, penetration from behind the easiest and least uncomfortable.
so get to really and truly know her anatomy, how her pussy is actually positioned and how it curves inside. also as for the method of fisting, if you're going for pleasureable/gentle, then i agree with a previous poster who described going in with the clenched, curved fingers and then making a fist once inside. however i can't really relate to that as when i'm fisted...well, it's with a fist.
