Nice, but has been naughty at times. Neatness and politeness have been very good over the last two weeks. Shows proper respect for others. Shares well, but could always be better. With a little more effort could be near top of "nice" list.

Damned right NORAD should be tracking that little crypto-pagan pinko bastard, sneaking into our airspace in his bio-fuled stealth-sleigh, probably testing air defense for North Korea, now that the soviets have been knackered.  The old throwback still wears red, you notice, redistributing wealth without regard for income, social class, race or religion. This S-A-N-T-A has an APB out on him.

Santa is not wanted for any crime at this time, deadly force is not yet authorized.

Law enforcement would like to know if he has the proper credentials to pilot the craft, and sufficient insurance. With millions of presents on board, if it crashed others may be harmed, or at least incur some chimney or roof damage.

Also the safety and political correctness of these presents must be evaluated by competent examiners. They must be age appropriate, if not Santa is causing accidents waiting to happen. Also, Santa must do a sobriety check, because his actions are not quite normal, although they seem legal up to this point. Some laws might be needed to regulate this activity.

The toys, being manufactured offshore are not of designs approved by the department, thus they will be impounded while they are blueprinted and reverse engineered. All non compliant toys will be destroyed. Those deemed acceptable by the department will be available by 2009, in March or April if we're lucky.

Santa's funding will be investigated by homeland security, as well as the IRS. If he cooperates he will sign a waiver allowing access to everything, including trade secrets, the EPA wants a look at the propulsion system of his craft to see if it complies with environmental regulations.

I'd hate to see the old geezer shut down, but the law is the law. If it is a law for you and me it is a law for Santa as well. Hope he's got ID.

Who illegally enters your house on the night before your saviors celebrated birth(real birth sometime in fall, celebrated dec 15, to conflick with pagan holyday, catholics won that one, but that's another thread/bitch), Wears a red suit, calls for his whores 'ho ho ho', Bribes children to forget the real meaning of CHRISTmas, and spells his first name with a 'S''A''t''a''n'?

Why does the IRS thik they have any power to investigate satan?  He doesn't have residenceyin the US.  Don't think you can get him for recieving funds from the US,  the trade commission wants him for illegaly transporting milloins of items accross the countries borders and distrtibuting them,  ohh the taxes.

Santa is going to have to show proper ID.

A team of espresso charged fanatics have disected the name.

As usual, the public has been misled. Santa merely means saint in some languages. There is, however, a problem with the Claus. It sounds German and you never know when this guy will try to take over the world.

Vigilence is needed to combat the terrorist threat. If you happen to catch Santa in your house hold him at spoonpoint until the authorities arrive. If you hear a noise in the chimney, call. 911 immediately. They will be there in 9.4 seconds, anywhere in the world.

Much is unknown about this guy, why a red suit ? Why the communist tendencies ?

Better yet, put a knockout drug in the cookies and milk.

Enquiring minds want to know. What is his real name ? Is he a northpolian ? Are they in the UN yet or do we have to bomb them ? Do they have a national debt or do we have to bomb them ? We also need some background information on this guy before he can just come in our houses and leave gifts for our children without approval.

I demand action. This guy just comes here from who knows where, our satellites have never picked up this shop nor community of elves. We need proof.

Santa Claus might also be guilty of a hate crime. If his resources are vast enough, why does he neglect the kids in Iraq and Afganistan ? Running PS3s around the US when they need blankets over there. It might not be a hate crime, but in a few months it'll certainly be a thought crime. He is going to get busted for sure.

Also notice how Saddam and Santa begin with the same letter (an S). Hmmmmmmmmm.
