Status: offline 		I have been fairly succesful with simple word association, connecting certain words with pleasure centers. But I would like to hear from others, Dom or sub, that have experienced a more profound result. What you were able to accomplish and what technique you used?

And I have been around long enough not to believe in the myths, so don't try to BS me. Honest accounts only.

Status: offline 		i don't know if it's hypnosis, per se, since i have never actully undergone hypnosis but, i did have some sort of "body memory".  Just the other day, i was riding with my Master in His car down the road, with my eyes shut and the seat back so that i couldn't see anything around me.  Master saw a sign that had a phone number on it that He wanted me to remember so, He said it outloud and had me repeat it and while He was saying the number and i was repeating it, He was squeezing my upper left thigh very hard with His right hand. 

A few days later, after i had completely forgotten all about the phone number, i was again riding in the car with Master and all of a sudden He squeezed my left thigh again very hard and i automatically just said that phone number, the same exact way i had said it originally.

i'm not sure if this is anything like what You were talking about or interested in but, i thought it was very interesting, when it happened.  It was something that completely surprised me and i still wonder if it could happen again or if this was just a weird, one-time only event.

Status: offline 		Not exactly what I was looking for but I don't doubt it for a second. It is pretty much proven that the mind records everything you have ever experienced in detail. And you can set triggers or suggestions to help recall anything.

I was more looking for people that have been succesful, setting either submissive or sexual triggers, as in increasing arousal or even making someone climax through suggestion.

Status: offline 		I've had some general success with hypnosis.  I haven't had the chance to practice it much since I started with it as I'm without a partnet currently.  I started with some basics and was very pleased with the results.  The first trigger I planted was simply one to bring on a state of relaxation and near hypnosys.  When I spoke the magic word the effects were markedly visable in my slave.  I could actually see her muscles relax and her eyelids flutter as they began to close.   In following attempts I planted to trigger for her to kneel.  It did worked about 50% of the time. It became clear to me that the environment and timing are important when using triggers.  You cannot make a person do something though hypnosys that they would not do in the prevailing circumstances.  She would not kneel in the mall when I spoke the trigger word but it appeared that her knees buckled for a half a second.  She did kneel at home where she of course was very comfortable doing so.   Granted this is not scientific but I was pleased with the results. 

If you are thinking of using the power of suggestion or hypnosys study all you can about it and think carefully about the words you use.  I don't believe I could do any real harm but why take the chance.

Status: offline 		Newp - i have had no success with hypnosis.  I think it freaks me out.  When it was tried and i was going "under" what seemed to stop me was anxiety.  i would get a heavy weight on my chest and breathing became difficult.  The farther under i went the harder it became to breathe.  Pretty much stopping anything to be "inputted'  I was told it was my subconscious mind's way of protecting myself.  It was thought to be tried at a later time - which would of been a waste of time.  I can not see anything getting past my own protective walls.  Not even my Master can get past them.  He may knock a few hundred walls down, but the core walls.. nah. 

i think it would be very interesting though - i also think it would be abit frightening to not be able to control what you are doing to some degree.

Status: offline 		They are correct, it was your minds way of protecting yourself. And I don't think that hypnosis can be used to tear down anyones "core" walls as you put it, nor should it be tried. What your Master should try is to connect certain behaviors with pleasure centers and slowly move you in the direction he wants you to go.

what happened, was that your master used an techque called anchoring. he anchored the phone number in your head while squezzing your thigh. this is from what is as know as NLP. google nlp to learn more it.

A few months back, I had a few issues with my service to master brought on by my old loyalty to my former Mistress (( I was never formally released because she died in a car crash so it was hard to disentangle my process of serving from her standards))   So we went to a good friend of ours who is a hypnotist in the lifestyle.  Most Hypnosis you see in the media is bogus, he sat us down and talked about the issue then he had us stand up and do a little exercise.  Basically it was a physical exercise to help me lose the issue of me feeling I was betraying my mistress by having another Dominant in my life.  what I did was step forward and say these are your beliefs (( indicating my Mistress' beliefs)) and then stepping back and saying these are my beliefs and so on through all aspects of my relationship.  After that he had my Master say these are my beliefs and had me say these are my beliefs then we held eachother and said these are our beliefs.  It's a simple thing really but in the last two months I feel alot more peace and it's easier for me to do my duties as he likes them to be done.  I still have my memories and the feeling of love for my Mistress but I no longer feel bound to her now.  I thank our friend for helping us to conquer an issue that I had left unresolved for nearly two years...

Status: offline 		It wasnt his intention to take down any walls with hypnosis.  The point was actually to orgasm with a word.  LOL  I am just a thinker and that was the explanation i came up with for why it wasnt possible.  Took alittle bit as myself and the guy doing the hypnosis couldnt figure out the breathing issue.  Once i realised what the problem was - i did find it about humerous when this man that was doing the hypnosis explained to me that he could "talk to my subconscious and get it to not self protect"  <smiles>  Main problem would be.... why would my subconscious listen and believe him?? 

Master works with me in the ways he does.  He doesnt notify me of where/what/how because as i'm starting to realise - if he did - i'd be thinking it out and determining his next move.  I'd over think it - lol.

Status: offline 		I've never tried hypnosis before. I've been to some a few hypnotists who gives shows. You know, they try to hypnotize the audience and then play with the ones who fell under the hypnosis. I always wondered if these were planted members.

I have had word association training, but it was more like giving commands to a dog. Yet, this is more like condition training then hypnosis.

Status: offline 		Hello, my sub has been hypnotized many times and she has several post hypnotic suggestions in place. Orgasms on command, not be able to orgasm no matter how hard she trys, being bound to an object with just words and serveral others. Hypnosis is a very powerful tool. If any one wishes to experience it say hello, we are in the Ocala fl. area

Status: offline 		Being an Analytic thinker does not mean you can not be hypnotized. There are ways around that as most certified hypnotists will tell you.

Status: offline 		I've studied NLP, and different types of brainwashing techniques for a few years now.  It's a strong interest of mine, but in my experience it's no magic bullet.  It seems to work well when there isn't outside pressure to distract from the suggestions that have been planted, as with POWs or cult members who are sold on what they've been taught as long as they don't have outside influences to call things into question.  I suspect that's why physical reactions are easier to plant, than behavioural responses because there is no reason to question a thigh squeeze where behaviour is somthing we re-evaluate on a regular basis.

Status: offline 		Several times in my life i have attempted getting hypnotized (to correct bad habits and to make better food choices, etc.) - I resisted and it never happened, so I thought i was not susceptible. But Master never told me He was hypnotizing me, just had me listen intently to His voice- I went under like an anchor.
 
The one time when I knew, and had to admit to myself, that I really was hypnotized, He talked me back to the correction I had received earlier in the day. He had me back there, tied to the bed, feeling the belt and the cane. He later told me He wanted to see if I would feel the pain again, but what I felt was the emotion of it. In about 2 minutes, I went from calmly kneeling before him to a crying, begging mess. And, although I could observe myself doing this, I had absolutely no control over my response and no way to stop it- until He brought me back.
 
I was astounded. And, now, I believe in hypnosis.

Status: offline 		yes i have had some success with hypnosis and post hypnotic sujestion and found as someone else said that it wont work in all places, from what i have read and been told the mind still interperates unspoken instruction, this also had the affect of the trigger word not only working for me but also for her previous Master whom she still get along with and remained friends.
Working under the theory that you cant make someone do anything they dont want to do any hypnosis is discussed well in advance we both know exactly what we are trying to achive and she will spend time each evening then invisaging the goals in her own mind so that she is quite comfortable with them. Yes i feal it has worked for us but she could be just playing allong short of doing anything realy extream is there any sure way to tell?

Status: offline 		Thank You.  i did look for information about NLP on the internet and most of it was just way too technical for me to understand.  All i know is it almost freaked me out when it happened because i had no idea that i even had that number still stored in my brain, since i hadn't thought about it since He told me to remember it.  Usually, if i don't write something down right when it's told to me, i will tend to forget it.

i wonder, if He were to squeeze my thigh like that again, while W/we are in His car, would i just blurt out that phone number, like before?  Or, does the effect fade away over time, without some reinforcement?

i have wanted to be hypnotized for a long time, now.  But, i don't know how to go about finding someone qualified and trustworthy and not terribly expensive.  i would love to be hypnotized and i think i could be a good candidate for it.

Status: offline 		rukna:  You don't realize just how much what you posted sounds exactly like an automatic program running without your awareness, do you?  We all have old things that worked for us when we first learned them, and they no longer do or are no longer as effective as when we first employed them as resources.

Jmss:  Perfect practice makes perfect.  Just find someone and ask them some general yes/no questions that require some response that you can observe.  Anchor the response.  ex:  Have you ever been in love?  Observe their phisiological responses(ex: skin flushing red, pupils dilating, etc).  If they respond in the affirmative, ask "What was the first sensation that you got on the inside that let you know that you were in love?"  And when they start to respond as they did previously anchor their response.  Ask them some other innocuous yes/no question. And then, fire off the anchor to see if you get the same response back.  If not, loop back to the beginning.

hejira92:  That's one step closer.  What do you enjoy most about going in to trance?

Alaistair:  Learn to do covert hypnotic work or incorporate more amnesia into your hypnotic sessions.

slavegirljoy:  There is some evidence that suggests that every sensory experience is recorded in our memory.  You may or may not have conscious access to something in your memory depending on several factors.  The answer to your first question is more than likely since it seems like a fairly unique anchor for you.  The answer to your second question is that the duration of the anchor depends on the uniqueness of the anchor,  how strong the association of the stimuli is with the content, and whether or not you two want it to last for a long time.  As far as finding someone competent in your area, I don't know... but you can search for hypnotists, nlpers, etc in your area and then ask about what training they've received from whom, how much they charge for a session, how many sessions whatever you want will usually take, etc.  Also, you could talk to your partner to see if they're interested in learning to hypnotize you so that it can be something you both enjoy together.

i for one do not believe in it at all my reasons are i wrote before of this my father was a fool he had long nail for. for fun he would bring his friend over and use me or my twin as the one who would be dumb enough to stay stilll, he would put us under lol i was never under anything but fear of his angry. so he would tell us we were under his spell and then he would hurt us doing different things, like pinching us until it were in so much pain we would dare not move. it was always somene saying wow you have then under and i would hear ever word ever thing they would say i dare not move or i was fool , or dumb ass so i do not believe in this at all. i am sure there are many who can do this but no i would not let anyone come near me with it i do wish you well
