i wanted to pass along information to everyone regarding a recent order i placed with the folks at Master's Dsigns (mastersdsigns.com).

Mistress Flame and i placed an order back in March for my collar, which was the 1" Metal Links Collar on the boytoy section.

We were extremely pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of that collar, so We decided in October to place an order for more merchandise.  We decided on the Locking G-String Cock Ring Harness as well as The Ultimate Domininion Set.  It was a custom order with a few changes (which amounted to several hundred dollars,) and the craftsman took the order over the phone, my payment information, and told me the leather was in stock and the order would be out to me in 4 weeks.

i will spare everyone the details, but i will say that it was extremely hard to get in contact with the craftsman via e-mail or phone after the order was placed unless i mentioned trying to get my money back.  After 8 weeks of waiting for my order and trying to contact the craftsman in every way i could, i had to file a claim with my bank to get the original charge reversed.

So, i want to restate that the merchandise available at mastersdsigns.com is well-made but the delivery is unreliable and i would suggest finding another vendor to fulfill your kink needs.

I don't know about others on this site (including the moderators), but I appreciate it when I get this kind of information - ESPECIALLY around the holidays when we're all thinking about spending some big bucks on Christmas gifts.  I ordered a ball gag (from ebay I believe) that I was extremely unhappy with.  When I complained, I was told that the owner was "out of town" and would get back with me later.  I waited at least a couple of weeks and finally called them again.   I was then told that I couldn't possibly have been given that message because the person I talked to WAS the owner.  She was rather curt and in the end agreed to send me another one.  Well, the second one was no better than the first.  I was telling my story at a party recently and the first thing eveyone wanted to know (especially after seeing the ball gags I recieved) was the name of the company.  Unfortunately I shredded the cards after receiving the second ball gag and can't remember the name.  I can assure you, however, that if I do come across the name again I will be sure to pass it along to my friends.  Most of us have to buy things sight unseen (catalog pictures can only do so much) and posts such as this help us weed out the vendors who are 'less than desirable' in either their quality or service.  It can also serve as good advertisement for the vendors who do good work and provide excellent service - and there are lots of them that do.

(And yes, I would be happy to post a picture of the product)

It's called a chargeback.  You call the customer service number on your credit card and tell them you need to dispute charges because of an unethical or fraudulent transaction.

*UPDATE*

i wanted to pass along that the matter i am referencing has been resolved between me and the craftsman.  i want to re-emphasis that the items available from this website are of exceptional quality and would be a great addition to any bondage-lovers' collection.

I am currently having the same problem with the same seller--ordered merchandise approximately three months ago, have sent multiple emails asking for an estimated ship date and heard nothing back.  If anyone has a means of contacting the seller, perhaps by phone, I would greatly appreciate it.  I would prefer to resolve things without having to go through the bank, but I am willing to take that step if it should come to it.  I would just like to receive some communication from the seller.
