I don't know about others on this site (including the moderators), but I appreciate it when I get this kind of information - ESPECIALLY around the holidays when we're all thinking about spending some big bucks on Christmas gifts. I ordered a ball gag (from ebay I believe) that I was extremely unhappy with. When I complained, I was told that the owner was "out of town" and would get back with me later. I waited at least a couple of weeks and finally called them again. I was then told that I couldn't possibly have been given that message because the person I talked to WAS the owner. She was rather curt and in the end agreed to send me another one. Well, the second one was no better than the first. I was telling my story at a party recently and the first thing eveyone wanted to know (especially after seeing the ball gags I recieved) was the name of the company. Unfortunately I shredded the cards after receiving the second ball gag and can't remember the name. I can assure you, however, that if I do come across the name again I will be sure to pass it along to my friends. Most of us have to buy things sight unseen (catalog pictures can only do so much) and posts such as this help us weed out the vendors who are 'less than desirable' in either their quality or service. It can also serve as good advertisement for the vendors who do good work and provide excellent service - and there are lots of them that do. Mistress Scarlet (And yes, I would be happy to post a picture of the product)
