Hello again!

I have been reading the replies to my thread. I am sorry that forums have been taken over by twisted souls that never have anything good to say about anyone. I had posted the thread to share with the members the discovery of an excellent female leader. A wise woman. (theguidegoddess)

All of you have lots to learn from this incredible Lady. She is sweet, yet strong enough to lead a man into slavery. However! The slave must give himself to her. She will not force anything on a sub. Slavery must be a gift. There is no greater gift, than to give yourselves to serve a GODDESS for life.

I have been very sick lately. I did not even think I could make it to the end of the year. But (theguidegoddess) Has kept in touch with me everyday. Making sure I was OK. She sent me links to medical websites and directed me in the good direction, so that I could heal myself without Doctors. This woman has done so much for me. I will not provide a whole list of what she did.

What is important here, is that finally there is a woman in the BDSM community that cares about subs. She is not in it for the money. She has spent hours with me trying to figure out what was making me ill. I cannot say that I am 100% cured. I have many test to pass at the hospital this week. And I have passed me in the last month. What is strange, is that all test came out good.

Maybe I just needed positive energy and love. After all, is it not all we are looking for. TO BE LOVED.. I know that as soon as this reply is posted, all of you sarcastic devils will start making fun of me again. But the real freedom is when the opinions of others just bounces of us. SO! No matter how strongly you attack me, I will just be listening quietly to my classical music.

GOD BLESS YOU ALL

Huh?

I was just sitting here reading and suddenly, I felt overwhelmed by warmth and affection.  I'm not exactly sure what happened but (theguidegoddess) I just about fell out of my chair!!!

I was sipping on my soda when (theguidegoddess) I sharply felt a presence...but could it be (theguidegoddess)?

I hope someone (theguidegoddess) can explain it to me because I've never before (theguidegoddess)  felt anything like it.

GOD BLESS YOU ALL.

Oh wait! I remember some of what it was now....even in my whisky addled state.

It was about my comment that TGG is a great lady! I was hedging my bets there, having seen a few useful comments under that ID.

If you really want to know what I think - check out the switch board, under the lesbian/bisexual thread, where it seemed to me she posted some implications about me, which I, needless to say responded to in a way that I believe, revealed my true thoughts on those comments.

But, I dont judge anyone from a single post, even if its directed at me.

So, if the real TGG would please stand up, I lay down a challenge. Albeit lapsed from time to time, I am prepared to contest my commitment as a bodhisattva, in a contest of wisdom, self knowledge and humility, with TGG. I am no deity- though its an easy mistake to make of course. Perhaps I could learn a few things, for which I would be grateful, or perhaps I might teach a few things, the opportunity to do which I would also be grateful.

You, LadyE, are no bodhisattva.  A true bodhisattva would never challenge another.  While you may be a demi-Goddess on many levels, you are far too much fun to be a bodhisattva.

Yours,

benji

That has not yet been determined. The odds are at 50/50 though...want in?

Ah..... but you have not considered the emptiness of all that I say, Benji!

But top marks for knowing what a bodhisattva is, and a belly rub for the nice things you said!

E

PS - I said belly, right?

Actually, and this may be a topic for another thread (But seeing as this thread has enough emptiness to fit 50 buddhas, I think I can add this) I am taking quite an interest in many aspects of Buddhism, and might even jump ship.

Then I can blame the Atheists.

Yours,

benji

Edited because a Buddhist would never use a word like "fint," he would be more coherent.

Benji - I realise this is a hijack, (and far be it for me to hijack a thread, after all, in the presence of the lead hijacker)....

If you really want to get into Buddhism, I recommend "Joyful Path Of Good Fortune" by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Its Tibetan Buddhism and features the full "samsara to nirvana" steps and stages.

I had a great, long reply going, then it timed out.

I will say this:  from my understanding, Tibetan is focused on deities and the like, whereas Zen is focused more on meditating to yourself, centring yourself and the like.

What drew me originally to Buddhism was the fact that there are no Gods.  Yes, Buddha is great, but no one has been made into more than they are - a nice person.

That, unfortunately, was a misconception, but my version of Buddhism will always be that.  Develop myself without giving in to someone else's acid trip.

Yours,

benji

Nah - that book really isnt like that Benji.

There's another good one (but old, like 19th century, but it was in reprint 10 years ago at least); The Gospel Of Buddha (dont know the author sorry!). Its a collection of texts about Buddha Gautama's life, written into a "gospel" story which is really easy to read and gets over a lot of important points. Mischeviously, it also demonstrates how so much of what Jesus is reported to have preached 500 years later, was actually preached by Gautama first - often word for word!

What I cant get over, personally, after reading and absorbing all that Buddhist teaching - and it all makes sense, unlike a certain other religion I could mention - is that I am still here. But then again, I follow Asatru first, and that tells me that there is a very valid reason for creation as we know it and for procreation and everything that goes with it - alongside an explanation of the world/cosmos which is very close to Hinduism (a relation of Asatru in the Indo-European scheme), from which Buddhism arose.

Crikey, considering how much whisky I've drunk, and that its nearly 3am here, that was fairly coherent.

Hahahaha, this is too funny.  I had a "run in" with marineusdept a while back.  What a prize he is.  Just like a rabid pit bull he will turn on you in a second and bite HARD!  Nothing he says has any truth to it.  he is a BIG time player.
