I think natural are the best. They aren't perfect, but they are what they are.
One exception. I know a woman who has beautiful fake breasts. They aren't huge, but they are perfect. If I could have fake breasts that looked like hers, I'd take 'em.

I think natural is always best..I would never get breast implants..I accept what God has given me..sure I have big breasts and have had children but that is who I am..

i dont really care so long as they are mushy and pliable and i can bite them and squeeze them and play with them....... and maybe shove my face in them.. oh! and suck on them.. of course......

Sorry - you lost me after the first word in your post title...could you repeat the question?

I am a big fan of all natural. Nothing like the feel of the "real thing". And then the benefits during use - when attaching weights to nipple clamps I expect some natural gravitational droopage and downward motion...it just seems so surreal when a breasts seems to have its own anti-gravity force field that keeps it from the proper natural response to weighting down the nipple clamps.

And when we come to issues like tit-bondage, tit-vises, needling, caning...there just is that uneasy feeling of expecting to hear that disconcerting popping sound of an artificial insert screwing the manufacturer's warranty.
