Hmm.... I hadn't thought of those. Thanks DomKen. But still, if you don't trust a person enough NOT to claim nonconsensuan S&M, I would re-examine the relationship.

As for 24/7 slavery, I have yet to hear of any court not awarding some type of financial equity to one of the partners (not that I've been through many divorce procedings, but I'm sure it would make the news in this day and age).

No prenup stands up in court if prepared by only one attorney. For a prenup to be taken seriously, both sides must have their own lawyer, defending each person's rights. Seen like this, a lifestyle prenup which starts with the premise that one person has no right is by definition indefensible.

An attorney's job is to protect his client. Doesn't matter what he likes to do at home, his job doesn't change.
