Names of caves?

nohalo -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/24/2008 6:37:06 PM)

that's what i thought, too....
names of caves, or crevices (i said crevices...ha ha ha) in the Sequoia National Park?

gwendolyn -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/24/2008 10:40:21 PM)

Reaaallllly close, but there's more to it. There's something all of the caves have in common. And I'm sorry about the slow response. I checked this afternoon and no guesses. Just got home from work.

Is it something to do with the invertebrates found in the caves?

gwendolyn -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/25/2008 7:26:35 AM)

You're headed in the right direction, insofar as living things being there are concerned. Think National Geographic.

BitchGoddessD -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/25/2008 8:20:46 AM)

All of the caves are featured in National Geographic September 2007 edition.  The article was about the finding of new troglobites and was called Discoveries in the Dark.  yea or nay?

fascinating research - thanks Gwendolyn

I'm going to have to cry uncle. It think that's as close as anyone's going to get and I'm starting to feel like a thread killer here. I was a list of caves in North Maerica where one would find blind spiders.

BitchGoddessD -> RE: What Do These Things Have In Common? (1/26/2008 1:44:45 PM)

wow - that was quick - you are both right - its the traditional american pound cake - 1 pound of each ingredient - I'm not sure which answer was closest - probably Bear
